Heat Transfer Printing is the best advertising for your bags?

Green bags for food and for shopping bags, promotional clothing, are becoming more common. A planet we all thank you for it – no doubt that? But this means that the bags that will actually something else, like those that stand out from the crowd, and serve the best marketing and branding purposes. Heat transfer printing is one of the technologies that the green bag and promotional bag manufacturers use to get colorful, realistic, stand-outResults – we look at this process and how it differs from other common printing methods for organic bags.

Heat transfer printing process

The easiest way to understand the heat transfer press is to think of the iron-on transfers that you put on your shirts, while in school – the type used for scouts and badges, emblems or sports ridges. Print is in fact made a special commercial paper heat transfer, and even works bythe same way as home iron-ons, the quality is completely different. Commercial heat transfer paper used with heat press (which we will explain in a second), does not bark, bleeding colors, or disappear. The bags are washable and a non-printed or silk-screened products.

This process includes:

* Picture or logo retouched in Photoshop for the best clarity and contrast

* The picture is printed on paper for heat transfer

* The picture can be reduced either by hand or machine, with a small borderaround the edge

* This is an ad placed on the bag using laser technology to ensure the accuracy

* It then passes through heat press, which covers hundreds of pounds even pressure, steam and heat.

* Image is mixed with textile fibers and becomes pat green bag itself

What are my options?

Serigraph

Unfortunately there is no easy way to understand screen printing! Just read about it. ProcessScreen printing promotional bags sounds a little back-and-there, but it is actually a very economical due to lower material costs.

* Your image is divided into its different colors – each additional color requires a new screen and repeat the procedure so that the three-color screen printed promotional bags can be significantly more expensive than one color.

* Each color section is printed on transparency paper in black

* Screen printing with UV-sensitiveemulsified coating is ready.

* The image is placed on the screen, and lights are turned on

* UV-sensitive coating hardens, which is exposed to light, but remain liquid, which is not. Your image, printed in black, prevents hardening of the emulsion

* The lights are off and the soft part of the screen (in the shape of the image) is washed

* Promotional bag is placed underneath a screen printing ink pushedhole

* Promotional bag is exposed to heat cure ink

* The process is repeated for each different color.

My printing heat transfer

These are relatively few – but they are offset by the slight increase in costs. If you create a large order of promotional bags, although the difference is usually negligible.

* There is no interaction between image and background color color

* Colors and borders to remain alive and wellbounded

* You can take photos in promotional bags – screen printing does the following: heat transfer, unlike silk screen enables accurate reproduction of color gradients and shadows, thereby maintaining realistic color and 3D effects.
